Dani completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences in her home town of Auckland before moving abroad for some adventures. She returned to NZ in 2012 to study law at the University of Otago and found her place in the community as a support worker and volunteer at the Rape Crisis Collective and Community Law Otago. Drawn to the South Island and the mountainous surrounds, Dani has remained in Dunedin to pursue a career in family law while continuing to enjoy the natural setting and outdoor activities this area has to offer.
Dani is a junior solicitor that specialises in legal aid work and is gaining momentum in the Family Court Bar. Dani is a Legal Aid Provider and a Family Legal Advice Service Provider and has experience in domestic protection, adoption, care contact, divorce, relationship property, guardianship, Family Protection Act, Hague Convention and paternity issues.
